The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. My reason for giving three stars is that the rooms have been so inconsistent on my stays. Sometimes I’ve had a tiny room with a nice bathroom; other times the bedroom was great but the ensuite was so cramped, with a shower so small I couldn’t lift my legs to wash them.

Indigo restaurant made for a lovely Valentine’s meal, with wonderful food, and the team were great. We’ve just come back from a beautiful day and night here. The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. The Ardington never disappoints. We’ll be back ❤️

A great base for walks along the beach, around the town centre, or out hiking in the South Downs. We had a wonderful stay, with attentive staff and a well-appointed room. It was just right for a festive winter getaway.

We had a lovely afternoon celebrating our friend’s hen party in the Venetian room at the Ardington Hotel. There was room for our playlist, crafts and games, and being able to decorate beforehand helped a lot. The food was delicious, and the staff looking after us were attentive and gave fantastic service. Richard was professional and very helpful in the run-up, answering questions and concerns promptly and going out of his way to accommodate us. I’d absolutely recommend the venue for an afternoon hen party or a similar event. Thanks to Richard, Simon and the whole team. Best wishes, Chris. We didn’t stay overnight, so I can’t comment on the rooms.

I came over from the USA to Worthing on a short business trip and had one of the best hotel stays I’ve had across many business trips. The welcome was friendly, the service felt especially thoughtful, and the breakfast was fresh and included. I also got helpful advice about the area. Great location!
