The beds were very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean. Our room was at the back, so it was very quiet despite the hotel being on a busy road. The plug points seemed to be on the wrong side of the room. The restaurant is across the car park, and we weren't impressed with the food choices. Service was very slow, and happy hour started at 5pm even though the bar and restaurant didn't open until 5.30pm. If we stayed again, we wouldn't book the evening meal.

The hotel was great, but the restaurant was pretty poor. Our meals came out at different times, and one never arrived at all, so I had to choose something else after everyone else had finished. They got the bill wrong three times. I was violently sick after eating the fish, and the breakfast sausages weren't cooked well. The hotel itself was fine, but I'd eat elsewhere.

Plenty of free parking, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and cooked to order. We had an amazing stay, with super friendly staff who even set up an activity for our kids to find a token in the room and get a gift.

The building looked a little run down, and our shower temperature control didn't work. Luckily, it was stuck on warm rather than cold. The room was clean, and all the staff were friendly and happy to help with anything.

The room was surprisingly clean, which isn't usually the standard at Premier Inn 😉, and the staff were kind. But the chef didn't turn up on two days during my three-night stay. There was no cooked breakfast, even though it was included in the price!
