I stay here often for work. During a blizzard, the crew plowing the lot mostly skipped the area where my car was. When I asked management for help because I was stuck, they basically told someone to give me a shovel. They didn’t try to call snow removal, and I still couldn’t get the car out. Luckily, another guest and the kind front desk woman joined me, and the three of us shoveled with one shovel before pushing the car free. I fell while we were doing it. Thank goodness for those two. The three stars for service are only because of that front desk employee. Otherwise, I’d give zero.

The staff were good, but breakfast left something to be desired. In the bathroom, the sink drained incredibly slowly and the shower head squealed the whole time it was running.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds. It’s a really nice property. Breakfast could use some work, though. The juice and oatmeal were watery, and there was no fruit.

I’m here for a long stay. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is always great. Hope they get the hot tub fixed soon!

We had a large, dog friendly suite with a nice view. The kitchenette was well stocked, and the spacious bathroom had everything laid out nicely. The staff were very accommodating. The kids loved the indoor pool and its fountain feature.
