I booked through Booking.com in September 2025 for a February 2026 stay, and the hotel canceled the reservation in November 2025. I still haven’t gotten my refund. My credit card company won’t dispute the charge because more than 60 days have passed. I’ve called Booking.com three times over the past month, but nothing has been resolved. Both Booking.com and This hotel are evil!

I arrived on the day of my reservation and found the place closed and completely non-operational. Priceline.com had already taken my money for the booking. The building looked decrepit and condemned, as if it had been vacant for years. The photo of the sign makes the place look fresh, but it doesn’t match what’s there. They don’t exist.

They took the full payment, then canceled my booking without telling me or getting my authorization. I can’t get in touch with them and now have to fight to get a refund. Scam. Avoid!

The hotel canceled my reservation three days before my stay because of an issue on their end and said I’d get a refund. I haven’t been able to reach them, and the money still hasn’t come back. I’m so upset.

A woman came near my job looking for this hotel. She told me she had booked a month earlier, and her Uber had dropped her at the Tb hotel, which was boarded up. I searched for the other name, Skr, but couldn’t find anything. After checking the reviews, I told her she was probably scammed and should contact Booking.com. She had also tried the hotel’s listed number without getting an answer. Please beware, this place is boarded up and isn’t operating. Don’t book!
