The management team made me feel welcome and looked after from the minute I arrived. They were kind, respectful, and clearly take pride in caring for guests. That warmth made my stay at this Travelodge really good, and I’d happily come back because of them. Highly recommend.

The staff made this Travelodge an easy place to stay. Everyone was welcoming and polite from check-in through checkout, so things felt smooth and stress-free. The team seems to take real care in how they run the hotel and treat guests. They left a strong impression, and I’d choose to stay here again.

We booked this as a cheap place to sleep after a night out, but there was noise all night: groups of kids and families running around, screaming, drinking, blasting music, slamming doors, jumping, thumping, and smashing things. There wasn’t a quiet moment. The walls were paper thin, and our dated room was so grimy it looked like it could have been a crime scene. We were in Room 105, right across from the hallway bathrooms and hotel bar, so we heard urinals flushing, hand dryers, and doors slamming nonstop. The staff knew about it and did nothing. There was a layer of dirt on the floor, and the whole place felt like sleeping in an NYC project during the crack epidemic. It’s sad that the red roof inn in Aberdeen seems like a five-star hotel next to this. Stay away.

The location made it easy to get to stores and shop for food. Management was really friendly and kind given my situation, and I’m glad I picked this place for me and my kids.

The room was dusty, the hallway smelled awful, and the bathtub was dirty. The sheets were stained and the beds noisy, so after midnight I couldn’t sleep with the hallway noise either. The rear door wouldn’t lock, and the TV remote didn’t work. Pretty much the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I’ll avoid this company from now on. Honestly, sleeping in your car would be a lot more comfortable.
