We had a great stay, thanks! The beach is right nearby, and it's a short walk to Cliffwalk and Newport restaurants. The room and shared spaces, including the bathroom, were very clean, and the bathroom was new. Staff were great. There was fruit, coffee, tea, pastries, a continental breakfast, and a microwave guests could use. There's also a great Italian place next door.

The staff went out of their way to help: they handled our late check-in, found parking after the lot filled up, and helped with the room TV when its remote failed. The place is very well located for food and the beach. Our room was spacious and clean, and the shared kitchen was tidy and well stocked. We'd definitely stay again.

Tony, the owner, was easy to reach, attentive, and just a really nice guy. The coffee room has lots of breakfast choices, coffee, and snacks. Rheas was comfortable, charming, and clean. It's right across from the beach, about a 10 minute walk to the start of Cliff Walk, and a 6 minute Uber ride downtown. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it for a Newport trip. We'll be back!

The king jacuzzi suite was spotless, quiet, and had a great view. There were loads of food and treats in the lobby, and the coffee tasted great. Tony, I believe he was the manager or maybe the owner, was friendly and helped us out with our situation after checkout. This was our first stay, and it was amazing. You can walk to pretty much everything. We'd stay again a hundred times!

Tony is warm and easy to talk to, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is great. A few rooms seem to be close to the road, so you may hear traffic, but I'd stay here again.
