The one good thing was being close to restaurants and shopping centers. Front desk staff, housekeeping, and the people handling breakfast were pleasant, but the management level workers made the experience poor. The rooms looked renovated, though the work wasn’t done to a good standard. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I stayed here for work and only needed a clean place to sleep and shower. The facility was older but clean. Instead, I got very little sleep and no hot shower. At 2:15 AM, a tall man who wasn’t a guest woke me by pounding on my door. I don’t know how he got into the hotel. I called the front desk for help; he soon left, and at 2:25 AM they called back to say he’d been acting strangely, wasn’t a guest, and had been asked to leave. They said they’d call the police if he returned. It alarmed me, and I couldn’t get back to sleep. By 7 AM there was still no hot water. I had to be at work by 8:15 AM, so there wasn’t time to ask for another room. Management refused a refund, saying no other guests had reported hot water problems. Instead of apologizing or helping, they argued with me and wouldn’t acknowledge that this was unacceptable. A refund would have held them accountable for a terrible stay. This could have been handled easily, but management’s pride led to this review. I strongly suggest choosing another hotel.

We weren’t there even an hour before deciding the room felt gross and unsafe. There were crumbs, hair, melted chocolate, and other stains across the beds. The cleaning staff agreed to redo only one bed, not both, and yelled this at me with such an aggressive, nasty attitude it felt like she wanted a fight. I have photos. Corporate was also disgusted by how we were treated and offered many points, but the manager never contacted me. I’ve called several times and still haven’t reached them. The staff were rude and low class, especially the cleaning staff, and the rooms were filthy. I’ve stayed at 17 hotels this year and none was even a tenth this bad. Never again.

We’re only here for one night and can’t wait to leave. The room had an unpleasant odor as soon as we walked in, so we got a candle to make it more bearable. The TV might as well not be there: it came on to the home menu, but the remote only powered it on and did nothing else. There was dirt and crumbs under the sink, bugs in the bathroom, and crumbs in every corner of the room. The shampoo bottles were nearly empty, and there was basically no conditioner left. Whoever serviced the room didn’t even sweep. The hotel is pretty dated inside. The elevator takes so long to move between floors that it tests your patience, though maybe I’m just impatient. I’m writing this within the first few hours of our stay. For a short stop it might do, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer.
