MCM Elegante Suites Abilene

I had a great time in the presidential suite recently, even on my own. It could be fun for an anniversary or something like that. The place has a good vibe, with a Spanish motif, a roomy entertainment area, a pool, a pool table, and more. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. Breakfast is good, and the staff are really nice. I stay here for work often and enjoy using the gym, though it's a bit weak without any free weights. There's plenty of room to add a rack, which is my only complaint. You won't be disappointed.

We'd booked another hotel first, but it was awful, so we managed to get a room here later that evening. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good without being crowded. They also offer a military discount, which I appreciated. We'll definitely come back if we need to stay in Abilene again. Anyone complaining about the staff's attitude may have brought a bad attitude themselves.

This was my second stay while working with a local concrete company, and I've never felt so comfortable at a hotel. The sales manager introduced himself on my first visit and was professional, with a real sense of family. The front desk ladies are always smiling, and everyone who works here is awesome. The cooks are friendly and attentive, the kitchen and lobby are clean, and the free breakfast is always fresh. The rooms feel like a second home, with comfortable beds and two TVs each. There's an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, plus a reasonably priced restaurant and a bar. The bar closes at 10, and the bartenders are friendly, wonderful women. Complimentary drinks are offered from 5:30 to 7, up to four drinks, and it's well worth it. There's a lot nearby too: the mall is across the street, Walmart is three minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants. I hope to return after the holidays.

For one night, our family of five and our Labrador had plenty of room. The room and bathrooms were clean, and the staff were very nice. The big kids loved the indoor pool, while Mom and Dad enjoyed a few free drinks. Breakfast was great and free too. An excellent family stay.
