We booked through Expedia, which didn't say the property was under construction. There was no breakfast, ice, vending, or pool, and the sofa was badly stained. Our room still wasn't ready at 5pm. When I asked for some compensation for the missing amenities we had booked based on, the manager refused, saying the room wasn't being painted or renovated at that time. Two groups canceled while we were there and suggested we do the same. The manager then canceled our reservation and wouldn't work with us. We should have listened to the person at the door, who said she couldn't stay there and wished us luck. False advertising and the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

We stayed three days and had to switch rooms twice. The TV didn't work for two of those days, the couch was stained, and the staff were rude and no help at all. When I asked for towels, the cleaning lady got an attitude. Their website says pet friendly, but they only allow service animals, so that needs updating. The renovation also wasn't disclosed on the website. Very disappointing, and I won't stay there again or recommend it.

I regret booking this place. It cost me $511, and there were cockroaches, dead bugs in light fixtures, mold in the shower, a broken bed, and a broken TV. Everything seemed to be under construction, with loud noise early in the morning. Things were broken all around the property, the service was terrible, and the owners acted like they suddenly didn't understand English when customers wanted to complain. This place should be condemned. I'll be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

My card was charged $178, far more than the $140 room price, plus $15 for my federal service dog. The room wasn't livable: there were holes in the walls and floor, mold in the shower lines, no hot water for a shower, and the bed was lumpy and not proper. The blanket was thin. I've called twice to request a refund, and both times the man hung up as soon as I brought it up. I'll report this to the proper businesses. Be aware. I took pictures and will submit them at my final destination to the investigation and my credit card.
