I paid for over 74 nights and had no issues that weren't dealt with right away. The rooms and facilities were super clean, and the whole staff treated guests with care and respect. Everyone was extremely nice. Steven in the breakfast room deserves a special mention. The food is always fresh, hot, and fully stocked, and he goes well above and beyond for guests and the hotel. He can brighten your day right from the start. Keep up the great work, Steven. You're a real asset to the company. I recommend this hotel 100%.

This is the best Sleep Inn I've stayed at. The property is 30 years old, but it was so clean and well cared for that I thought it was new. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the view was excellent. The hot tub stays open around the clock, and there are outdoor tables for breakfast or any takeout you bring back. Adirondack chairs on the hill overlooking Traverse Bay are a nice touch. Great value!

The little details are nice, like upgraded soaps and super soft towels, but what stands out is the pride people take in this place. They look after you like family and seem to anticipate what you need. When I want an affordable, clean home away from home in Traverse City, I know where I'll stay. Right here.

We had a great price for the room, service, and location. Our room was cozy, clean, and nicely updated, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were very polite. The hotel is across the street from a park, and food and Pirate Cove are within walking distance. We didn't use the pool, though people seemed to be in it almost every time we came and went. We left at 6:30 a.m., before breakfast opened, so I can't comment on that.
