I booked an Airbnb here for over a month, and it turned into a nightmare. The washing machine broke a week in with all my clothes inside. A technician came three times and said it was fixed, but it never worked again. I had to haul the soaked clothes to a nearby laundromat, and the smell from them sitting wet for a week never went away. The AC never worked properly, swinging between too hot and too cold. One day a light went out while the AC was still running, and the kitchen stopped working too: the fridge, stove, and microwave all quit. Housekeeping was awful. It took two weeks for anyone to come, and all they did was take out the trash and fold the toilet paper. No dusting, sweeping, mopping, fresh sheets or towels, dishwashing, nothing. It was a terrible experience. I'll never stay there again or recommend it.

I had a room booked through Expedia for five days, but when I arrived around 10 p.m., my door code didn't work and the room had been given to someone else. My husband, little children, and I had driven nearly seven hours to the resort, and we were left in the car looking for somewhere to sleep. We couldn't call the resort directly, and Expedia couldn't help at first either. We found a hotel ourselves for one night, then Expedia found us a hotel for the remaining days.

The sunsets are spectacular. There were a few hiccups, but this is still a nice place to stay.
