The Inn at Ohio Northern University

Our rooms were clean and comfortable, but the service and professionalism made this a very disappointing experience. We used the hotel for our wedding block after getting married in Ada, OH, and several guests also told us their interactions with staff were unpleasant. The staff could be unhelpful and sometimes rude once we started trying to settle details. Booking a rehearsal dinner there was especially frustrating. We called almost every day, left several voicemails for the planning coordinator, and rarely got a response. When we finally connected in March, with our wedding in October, we were told they might not know until October whether the dinner could even happen there. That was a letdown after our initial tour, when the process sounded easy and we were excited to host the dinner at the hotel. We were also told on the tour that we'd have the suite for our wedding night. When it was time to book, that room wasn't offered to us, and we ended up with a regular room instead. Based on how we were treated, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a wedding block or event.

Heather at the front desk was really accommodating, and the food was delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean, too. A nice hotel right on campus.

The classrooms were set up well, and the lunches and dinners were fantastic. I host a business event at The Inn at ONU every year, and the staff are always wonderful and accommodating to work with. Joan, Michelle, Renee and Bree, thanks for helping me pull off another great event. I couldn't have done it without you!

The grounds and maintenance are exceptionally well kept, and the staff were friendly and courteous. It's a marvelous location with an upscale feel, and a grand first impression for ONU visitors. I was there for a legal seminar, aka Elderlaw, lol. Marvelous job by the Cooper Adel Vu law firm staff. I booked an immediate follow-up consult with Sidney Office.
