Please save yourself the trouble and don't go. The place felt scary and very unsafe. There was no parking available, the common areas were dirty and messy, and the walls were thin enough that we could clearly hear conversations and noise from other units. Homeless people were sleeping on the lawn. Inside, there was a strong marijuana smell, and people were smoking from a bong. There was no security or ID check. A random woman let us in without asking who we were, and we got no check-in information until I asked another resident to help contact a manager. Management communicated very poorly. There was also a notice at the front of the property requiring a legal hearing, which made it look like the property was under investigation or not meeting housing standards.
