Hampton Inn & Suites Adairsville-Calhoun Area

The beds were incredibly comfortable, probably the best of the five hotels on this trip. We arrived very late, and the hotel manager didn't charge us at all. At breakfast, the kitchen chef was such a kind, genuine lady, and even made extra bacon when we came down just before it was about to end. I've stayed in hotels from Michigan to Key West Florida, and the kindness and southern hospitality here really stood out. Thank you, love. May God bless y'all, and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

On the drive home from vacation in Florida, this was a wonderful place to stop halfway through the long haul. The price was fantastic, and I couldn't believe how nice the room was for so little. It was clean and welcoming, and the whole property was well kept. Set back from the highway, so we didn't hear loud road noise. I'll keep it in mind for future stays.

There were bugs all over the place, and no one told us before we arrived. Signs in the lobby and hallways say the problem is “100% out of our control,” which is hard to accept. They also refused a free cancellation. Customer service was terrible, and the rooms and fixtures looked dated and worn. Hampton Inn should be ashamed.

Our room was crawling with ladybugs, at least a hundred by my count. There were crushed ones on the carpet, others on the ceiling and soap dispenser, and some moving across the bedding. I know ladybugs aren't harmful, but I didn't pay $150+ to camp indoors with them crawling over my bed and face all night. The alternative room had the same problem, and no refund was available. We had checked in online, so the note below was no help. If you can, inspect the room before checking in. Beware.
