The second room was at least free of roaches and had decent water pressure, though the bed cover was stained, there were cigarette burns, and the fridge was loud. The first room was awful: curry smell, makeup marks on the corner of the sheets, and roaches in the bathroom. I killed about 20. The water pressure was terrible, and I came down with conjunctivitis for reasons I couldn't explain until I connected the dots. My workmate's mattress had a hole, so he had to sleep at the end of it until we got moved. We both had breathing problems from the first room and are still dealing with them. It seems the room had recently been bug bombed and hadn't aired out properly before it was rented to us. They knew about the issue and had tried to fix it, but didn't give it time to clear. When I asked to switch rooms, they wanted me to wait another day because housekeeping was done, as if they might rent the room out again. The elevator also looks like it has needed service for years, and there was no inspection information posted.

The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in, and that friendly, professional service continued right through checkout. They were attentive and genuinely helpful, which made me feel valued. My room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the amenities made the stay easy and relaxing. I had a wonderful time at Quality Suites and would definitely return. Thanks for a great visit.

Abir was so easy to talk to and made me feel welcome right away. That kind of friendly energy really adds to a stay. The room was clean, and everything went smoothly and comfortably. No complaints here, I've been really happy with my experience. This hotel deserves more credit.

At least the air conditioner worked, there was hot water, and the towels and bedding were clean. The woman at check-in was pleasant and quick, too. But the bathroom had a sewer smell, so I kept the door shut to avoid smelling it in bed. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet, which says a lot about the attention to detail here. The second floor reeked of weed and was noisy, with some questionable people hanging around the halls. The room smelled stale and looked worn, and the furniture was sagging and broken down. The bed was incredibly firm and left my back and hip sore from sleeping on my side. Dust and allergens had my nose blocked all night, but it cleared as soon as I left. And there were roaches. I got to breakfast right when the worker turned on the light, and the eggs were already cold and dried out. The whole place felt grimy and sad. The name Quality Suites doesn't say much about which end of quality you're getting. This is a $45 a night place, not a penny more.
