Stratford Suites

The sofa and fireplace were nice, but the unit had a long list of problems. It looked good at first, then the wear became more obvious over the following days. Paint was chipped, stained, and discolored; a leak under the sink had damaged the veneer, and some dishes in the cabinets were dirty. When I preheated the oven, it filled the whole unit with smoke and heated the fridge. The vent fans barely worked. The beds sounded ready to break, and the walls were so thin we could hear everything from outside and the neighboring unit. The shower head was clogged and sprayed everywhere, the fabric curtain wasn’t enough to keep water in, and the tub plug didn’t work. The heaters were strange too: one wouldn’t turn on, one seemed fine, and the third only stopped if switched all the way off because its thermostat didn’t work. Someone hadn’t vacuumed under the beds or sofa in a while. They offered to move us, but we weren’t confident another unit would be better, and moving would’ve been a hassle.

The two bedroom setup with a kitchen is great, but the place is very rundown and needs a remodel. The front desk provided no kind of service. We won’t stay again, and the price should be lower to match the condition.

Each room is clean and spacious, with its own apartment setup and onsite laundry. The front desk has given me the best customer service. They’re friendly and do what they can to help.
