A lovely place with a warm, positive feel. Everything was clean and well maintained, including the kitchen, rooms, equipment and territory. Management and staff were great, and it was easy to communicate with the host and other guests. They have a good system for welcoming people, with no smokers or alcohol parties allowed. It's a cozy place to sleep and work near downtown Miami, and they even wash and change the blankets for new guests like in a clean hotel. I had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again. Maybe the kitchen could stay open a little later, until 23:oo please ))))) #cerebrolog

I had a brilliant one-night stay. Loan Depot arena was only a 10-15 minute walk away. The bus stop was about 10 minutes on foot, and the trolley stop was close too.

The staff were lovely from the moment I arrived, including the people who live on site and work as cleaners. The manager was a delight and made me feel cared for just by being there, and the employees were wholesome. The place is beautifully decorated, and its feel and ambience put me in holiday mode. I slept well every night in the wooden beds, which I much prefer to metal bunk frames. I especially liked that the beds were boarded off for a bit of privacy. As a quiet solo traveler, I also appreciated the rules. They help keep the hostel safe and comfortable, and make it a good quiet place to recharge after a long day out. The facilities were easy to access, and the area felt safe despite Miami's bad reputation for safety.

I’ve stayed in dozens of hostels, and this is one of the best. The room was spotless, the bathroom had been newly furnished, and the people, staff included, were really friendly. They arranged an early bag drop and gave me all the information in a clear, organized way. Nesh made me coffee and had a great chat with me. I loved sitting in the garden in the comfy chairs, talking away the evening until I felt ready for bed. Very, very, VERY good. They went above and beyond.
