Ty deserves six stars for service. He was friendly, attentive, and made the stay what it was. The hotel and rooms were immaculate, the pool and hot tub were working, and the gym was good for a workout on the road. Breakfast was good too. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in town.

The staff made this seven-night stay for us. From check-in through checkout, everyone was happy to help. They even noticed we’d left something in the room and let us know right away, before we’d traveled too far to turn back. The location was great for skiing Wolf Creek, seeing the Sand Dunes, and visiting Taos. I’d definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was great, especially the fresh fruit and waffles, and the attendant kept the area in good shape. We had a comfortable stay, and the room was good. There were lots of people checking in, but Ty was still friendly and very helpful.

The staff were really friendly, and the property was clean and well maintained. I was glad to find two Level 2 electric car chargers, since I could charge overnight instead of going to the supercharger near downtown. We’ll stay here again when we’re in Alamosa.

The Wi-Fi was unusably slow, around 2 Mbps. It took ten minutes just to load Netflix’s home page, and videos wouldn’t play without constant buffering. The front desk was rude and unhelpful, and wouldn’t reset the Wi-Fi even though that’s simple. I’m canceling tomorrow’s reservation and will dispute the full charge.
