Breakfast was clean and well organized, with a good range of food and drinks. I liked the seating area, especially the couch in front of the TV, and the coffee had its own tidy, organized spot. The beds were so comfortable I didn't want to get up. Our room was neat, clean, and smelled good, and so did the hallway and lobby. The elevators were nice, and our floor was clean too. Ms.Seliyah at the front desk was sweet and professional, with wonderful customer service. This was a really good stay, and I'll book here again when I'm back in Albany, Ga. Keep up the good work.

My family and I spent two days here over Memorial Day weekend, and I'm picky about hotels, so I was happy that this one exceeded what I'd expected. Check-in and checkout went smoothly, the grounds were immaculate, and my dad especially wanted me to mention how good the breakfast was. No complaints from me. I'd be glad to stay again.

We'd booked another nearby hotel for a graduation trip, but changed our minds after seeing it in person. At Holiday Inn Express ( Albany,GA), Seliyah at the desk greeted us politely and professionally, and we decided to stay. Since it was our first time in the area, she also suggested places to eat. The hotel felt clean and welcoming, and the price was friendly to our budget. Breakfast was included, with a standard buffet and good coffee. The bathrooms were clean, but could use an update, including a ventilation fan and shorter shower curtain liners. I'd stay at Holiday Inn suites again.

I've been here on and off for work over the past year, and it's become one of my favorite places to stay. The rooms are consistently clean and nice, and the staff are always friendly and make me feel at home. The breakfast cooks do a wonderful job and are there when you need something. Mrs Linda checks in regularly to see that we have what we need, and Mrs. Lillian, who started recently, is doing a fantastic job too.

Breakfast was free, hot, and good, and the staff were nice. The room was just okay, though, and needed more cleaning. The couch was dirty, the extra sheets for the pull-out couch had big stains, and one wash rag was badly stained too. We didn't use the sheets. The bed linens made us itchy and we could hardly sleep. I handed the dirty items in to the front desk. Housekeeping needs to do better.
