We were there March 29 through April 1 because my husband's company had booked a group of rooms for employee training. The room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. The breakfast room was consistently clean and well stocked. Every staff member we met was helpful, kind, and professional. Jenn at the front desk was especially helpful and shared good suggestions for local restaurants. We'll stay again when his company holds more training.

Family drama landed us in a hotel over New Year's, but we ended up having a lovely time and extended our stay. Our daughter learned to walk up and down the halls, and by the end we'd forgotten our troubles. Breakfast had cinnamon rolls, there were sports TVs, and we felt close to family activities. Very happy guests, lol. The staff could use more support from ownership. Often just one or two people seemed to be doing the work of ten. Impressive, but I hope they get more employees.

After a long drive, the snacks, fresh cookies, and bottled water were a nice welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, Jenn was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the hot breakfast, especially the hard-boiled eggs. The machine's freshly ground coffee was extraordinary. This is the best Holiday Inn Express, and we'll definitely stay at Albany Holiday Inn Express again.

We were here with a group for a wrestling tournament. The rooms were clean, there were plenty of linens, and the breakfast area was neat, with fresh, well-prepared food. The sheets were the softest ever, like five-star hotel linens! Jenn at the front desk is a remarkable person. She showed kindness and compassion to a homeless man who came in. She's a real asset to the hotel. I'd stay again if I'm in the area.

We were here around Christmas and found the place quiet and the room super clean. The restaurant next door was incredible. What really made the stay, though, was how warm and welcoming it felt. We've stayed at lots of hotels for work, but this one felt like home, with treats and hot drinks. A top-notch experience, almost like the Four Seasons. Kudos and best wishes to the franchise owner and staff. I finally found time to upload photos and leave a review. If we're back in the area, we'd definitely stay again!
