The staff were helpful, polite, and nice, and I liked having no carpet in the rooms. But the bathroom needed a deep clean, and there was shampoo, conditioner, and lotion but no soap. I couldn’t adjust the room temperature, and showering left the bathroom floor soaking wet. Rules also didn’t seem to be enforced: despite being a smoke-free hotel, the whole place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke on our second night, and there were dogs barking inside. The pool was out of service. Breakfast was the same each day, with waffles and yogurt but no eggs.

Truck parking is almost nonexistent, but the stay was still very nice for a fair price. The desk clerks were pleasant, the room was really clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot, and the coffee was decent.

We booked two nights and left after waking up. Weed smell was everywhere, inside the hotel and outside, and the rooms weren’t up to standard. It looked like they’d repainted, tossed in some new things, and called it done. Nothing felt right or safe. Please avoid this place unless you really have to stay here.

The upgrades haven’t fixed several problems. The bathroom sink stayed clogged, the tub was missing a quarter-sized piece from the bottom, and its hardware was loose. The bathroom vent needs cleaning, and I’m sure it’s a fire hazard. The door also needs rubber seals to keep light out. The AC wasn’t cooling properly, smelled musty, had lots of dust on it, and let outside noise through.

The water in the room was all chlorinated, and the pool badly dried out my hair and left me and several friends with rashes. The elevator kept breaking, and the door lock didn’t work right. I had a horrible experience.
