Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Albertville near Outlet Mall

Fine for a one-night stop, with clean, comfortable rooms and a pretty standard breakfast of sausage, eggs, waffles, and the like. It did get noisy when doors slammed, and the walls are thin, so light sleepers might have trouble.

The room was the main disappointment. The bed wasn't comfortable, the pillows were small, and the towels and pillows smelled like fried food. A few pillows even smelled as if previous guests had used them. The tub drained poorly during my first shower, then wouldn't drain at all after the second. On the morning I left, water was still ankle-deep, so I skipped a third shower. I did have good conversations with most of the staff, who were courteous and professional. I would like to recommend the property, but the room made that difficult.

The kids loved the pool and burned off plenty of energy there. Our room was basic but very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I did miss having a clock in the room. Maybe most people rely on their phones now, but I like being able to glance over and see the time. Even with that small gripe, I'd stay again.

Really enjoyed the stay. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and breakfast was included.
