We came for our granddaughter's wedding and spoke with Brandi beforehand about a few concerns. She was extremely professional and accommodating over the phone, and just as lovely when we met her at check-in. Our room was clean, as was the hotel. The property has recently been purchased and is going through a transition, but the employees seem to be managing it well. We’ll stay here again if we’re back in the area.

The rooms were immaculate, kudos to the housekeepers. Hungry howie's nearby was a lifesaver late at night, and everyone at the front desk was welcoming and pleasant. Brandi was working late, and even at that hour she was kind, helpful, fantastic, and very professional. I can’t remember getting better hotel service. The workers deserve a !!MAJOR!! raise for the service they give and what they put up with. Please consider staying here, and treat the receptionists well, they absolutely deserve it 👍👍

I’d stayed here before and had a bad experience turned around by someone named Tian? Tiana? She was really sweet. After she took over, the place seemed to turn over a new leaf. When I stayed this week under a friend’s reservation, my room was dirty. It didn’t look vacuumed, and although the top blanket was clean, I didn’t think the sheets had been changed from the previous guest. I looked for Mrs. Tina? Tiana? I think they’ve let her go. That would explain the room, I feel like it’s back to my first visit, with no sweet girl at the front desk to make me think I should give it another chance. Owners, if you’re reading this, I was here before and after she moved up. She was wonderful at the desk, and once she started doing the other job, the rooms were always clean and the experience was amazing. My colleagues and I won’t book our business stays here anymore. The changes don’t seem to be going in a sustainable direction, given the state of my room and how disheartened and exhausted the staff seemed. From one businessman to another, or woman, don’t take your stress out on your staff. Happy staff means longevity and loyalty. -Ronald J.

The room was spacious, the reception area had a nice ambience, and the gym was well maintained. But there’s no tea or coffee kiosk. You can get it at the bistro, but why, when I’m already paying 3 star hotel prices per day? Breakfast isn’t complimentary either. Every time I used the room coffee maker, coffee beads came out with the hot water. There was also hair stuck to the bathroom wall (image attached).

From my call to let her know my daughter and I would arrive late for our visit to Albion College to greeting us at the front door with a smile, Rayjah was amazing. She’s the face of this hotel, and she made our stay amazing. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Rayjah. Pedro
