Casas de Suenos Old Town Historic Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel

There’s a real community feel here, and the property has plenty of local character. Our room was one of a kind, very clean, and comfortable. The new hot tub area looks gorgeous, and breakfast was a highlight: you can order a cooked meal, with continental and grab-and-go choices too. Coffee, water, and two juices were available, and the cozy seating area had a roaring fireplace. The staff were warm and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The staff won us over, and the hotel has so much charm. Breakfast was made to order and cooked perfectly, and the morning team was so kind. The very tall gentleman who checked us in gave us a full tour and was a huge help. We also loved the pool, hot tub, and fireplace. We'd absolutely stay here again.

We loved the breakfast in the extraordinary sunroom, with both buffet choices and dishes cooked to order. The staff were five-star and clearly take care with the things that matter. The property itself is gorgeous, private, and very well maintained. It feels peaceful and tranquil despite being in Old Town. Such a great find, and we can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

The included breakfast was very good, with omelets made to order, pancakes, and breakfast burritos. The portions weren't big, but they were enough and had good flavor. It's easy to walk around Old Town from here, and there was convenient nearby parking for our travel trailer. The grounds are lovely, and most rooms are separate little cabins, so there are no hallways.
