Tru By Hilton Pompano Beach Pier

The room was clean, and housekeeping always brought us what we needed. The shower pressure was a little weak, but it didn’t spoil the stay. Tommy welcomed us when we arrived and was professional, patient with guests, and always smiling. Stephanie at the front desk had the same upbeat, genuinely helpful manner. They’re both great employees, and I wish there were more people like them. For Pompano Beach, this is the only hotel I’d choose, and the location is perfect.

We could walk to anything we needed, with even more just a short ride away, and the beach getaway location is hard to beat. Our city-view room did get some traffic noise, though it was bearable, and the floors could’ve been cleaned better. What really made us feel at home from check-in was Stephanie’s warm welcome. She was the most welcoming hotel receptionist I’ve ever experienced. I’d recommend her for a promotion in a heartbeat. Did I mention her hospitality? Top notch.

The rooftop lounge was a fun place to relax, and the amenities up there feel modern and lively. The whole property is fresh, clean, and thoughtfully put together. We were just steps from the Pompano Beach Pier, with ocean views and sunrise walks right outside. The team was friendly, quick, and glad to help from the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely be back to Tru by Hilton Pompano Pier. Great service, a location that’s hard to beat, and a vibe that manages to be upbeat and relaxing.

The ocean view from our 4th floor room on the Tru side was nice, and it was easy to walk to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants. Still, I was glad to check out by the end of the trip. The room was cramped, and thin walls meant I heard doors closing and someone snoring in the next room while I was trying to sleep. The bed felt like plywood, and the pillows gave almost no support. I’d paid extra expecting a better stay in Pompano Beach, but this didn’t feel like a quality hotel.
