The hosts are so accommodating, and I’d happily recommend Sunny Place for either a relaxing break or a stay full of activities. The apartments are very clean and have everything you need, right around the corner from the beach. They sit among large skyrises, but the layout and private gardens make the place feel quiet, secluded, and relaxing. Once you step out of the gardens, the beach and local activities are just steps away. This was our fourth stay, and I hope we can return soon.

Elaine was really helpful with suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The cottage was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed the screened-in porch. The location is great too, close to the beach, promenade, and restaurants. A lovely getaway!

The beach and the nice local shops and restaurants are an easy walk from here. Elaine and the staff clearly take pride in their rentals. It’s a great place to relax, with everything you need for a vacation: a full kitchen, beach chairs and towels, laundry on site, free parking and WiFi, and a hose outside the room to rinse sand off your feet and clean your beach gear 😊. We’ve stayed at her cottages several times and feel safe there, even with the covid. The place is very clean and comfortable, and close to the beach. The owner takes pride in it and personally greets everyone.

The Atlantic is just a block away, and Elaine and her team are excellent, always going above and beyond. They provide everything you need except food and clothes.
