Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque

The hotel looks a bit dated inside, like one of the original Embassy Suites, but everything was clean and comfortable. We were there over Thanksgiving with plenty of kids around, yet our suite stayed quiet, which was a nice surprise. My service dog took an elevator for the first time and absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the complimentary breakfast was amazing as always. We love staying at Embassy Suites by Hilton when we can, and we'd gladly return.

I've been here for five months, and the suites have been comfortable and well suited to a long stay. Daily breakfast and the evening reception are thoughtful touches that make everyday life easier. It has felt like home, thanks to the care and consistency of the whole team, from housekeeping and the restaurant to the front desk and everyone behind the scenes. I especially want to recognize Lorena Harrison, Tariq, and Steven at the restaurant for being warm, attentive, and kind. Esperanza on the hosting team makes guests feel welcome, and Tammy, Tim, and Christian at the desk regularly go above and beyond. Over a stay this long, you really notice the pride and dedication across the entire staff. I'm grateful to everyone at Embassy Suites for making this stay special. They set a high bar for hospitality, and I highly recommend staying here, especially for an extended visit.

We love staying here for our NMSBA Conferences. The rooms are lovely, and the night shift front desk manager Geoff is friendly and accommodating. He always makes sure we're doing well. Lorena has also taken great care of us when we eat in the restaurant. She checks on us, keeps our drinks sorted, and goes above and beyond. The team makes the hotel feel like a home away from home. We spent New Year's Eve at Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque and had a great stay. The spacious, elegant hotel makes a strong first impression, especially its gorgeous lobby. We went to a NYE masquerade ball hosted at the hotel by an outside company, and having our king suite close to the event made the night fun and safe, with no travel to deal with afterward. The suite had plenty of space to relax and get ready. Breakfast was a generous, free made-to-order spread, and the complimentary evening reception with nightly cocktails was a thoughtful extra. Room service took a little longer than usual, but management quickly made it right. I'd highly recommend this location for a beautiful, reliable stay in ABQ.
