The price was okay, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The main problem was cigarette smoke coming through the vents from the neighboring room. When we came back, the room felt humid and smelled of smoke. Fortunately, we weren't spending much time in there. Cleaning is done Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and fresh towels are available on the other days if you ask. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, toast, plain bagels, jam, and cream cheese. It's an okay place, but I wouldn't stay again. It's unfortunate that smoke from the next room gets into yours.

My sister stayed here too, and neither of us had a good experience. My toilet wouldn't flush, and nobody came to fix it. The room smelled terrible. They kept my deposit because a washcloth was dirty, and my sister's wedding ring disappeared from the table. Housekeeping swears it wasn't there. The online photos make the place look much nicer than it really is. I didn't leave a mess or damage anything. I don't recommend staying here and won't return.

It's affordable and not far from Sandia casino. The room was very clean, check-in went smoothly, the staff were nice, and I felt safe. The view was pretty good too. I'd stay again for one night, though the bed was a bit too firm for me to want to stay much longer.

Good value for the money, with good service. The bed was neat, as were the microwave and fridge. It has a spring mattress that gets hot sometimes, but I could manage. Breakfast was the usual waffles, yogurt, bread, muffins, apples, and cereal. I rated it four stars because the bathtub wasn't draining properly. It'd be good if they looked into that.

We only stayed one night because of emergency plumbing repairs at home, and I wish I'd read the reviews first. Hilda at the front desk was a rude nightmare, with no please or thank you, poor service, and a bad attitude. We had a two-room suite, but both bathrooms had patched, unpainted walls, moisture damage, and broken tiles. Windows on one side of the building were broken out. The place was so dirty I didn't want to eat there, so we left in the morning without trying breakfast. From past reviews, missing it seems like a blessing. I wouldn't recommend this Days Inn to families. I didn't feel safe there, and I can imagine it might be fine for a single guy. Management seems to apologize and promise to "seriously investigate," but more bad reviews keep coming.
