The gym is really good, and the service was excellent. The rooms are great too. Still, I don't like being charged for every little thing. Breakfast costs $10, even though it's the same sort of breakfast other hotels give away. They just remodeled, so maybe this is how they're trying to cover it. The coffee makers in the rooms are cheap, and mine didn't work. If breakfast is paid, they should at least have a reliable coffee machine. Most Holiday Inns seem to have a Keurig, but this one had some odd off-brand model. No big deal, since you can go downstairs for free coffee. There's a Comfort Inn across the street that's comparable and at least $30 cheaper, with free breakfast.

The rooms were spotless, and the area felt so peaceful that I wouldn't have guessed the airport was nearby. I also loved the bathroom renovation, its layout was unlike anything I've seen before. I'd be happy to stay here again.

We tend to choose Holiday Inn & Suites when we travel, partly because they often have an indoor pool and hot tub, plus complimentary continental breakfast. This one had especially comfortable beds and a handy location near the airport, I-25, downtown, and other spots. We'll keep giving them our business.

We stayed here a year ago while the remodel was underway, and things were a bit under par then. This time, the staff were terrific. Destiny and Robert at the front desk seemed to know what we needed without being asked, Gabriela G did an outstanding job with room service, and Daisy served an above-average breakfast and pointed us toward places to visit. GM Will, great staff, thank you!

We've stayed here dozens of times when catching early or late flights in and out of ABQ, and it's always been fine for a night. The service and shuttle are consistently very good. The hotel could still use more improvements and a brighter look, though. The neighboring room's shower was extremely loud, and the hallway carpets are dirty and worn.
