The 5th Floor Lounge has a fantastic view, especially in the evening, and the rooftop bar team kept the same warm, professional service I found throughout the hotel. Noah and Aunica deserve a special mention. They made my first Albuquerque visit easy, answered all my ABQ questions, and were so helpful and upbeat. I could tell they take pride in their work. I found the hotel through a YouTube review and am glad I tried it. The staff were attentive from the moment I arrived, the rooms were lovely, and there are plenty of amenities and conveniences on site. Everything feels thoughtfully designed. The lack of carpet in the rooms was a big plus for my allergies and made the stay more comfortable. The location is great, just off the interstate in Old Town and close to most things I'd want to see or do. I had a great trip and Hotel Chaco will be my first choice next time I'm in town. Thanks to everyone for a really enjoyable stay.

We were so comfortable here that I already miss the place and want to come back. The room was spacious, with high ceilings and thoughtful details, and the bed gave us the best night's sleep. Sitting on the balcony and looking toward the (Sandia?) mountains was lovely. The hotel is peaceful and quiet, and the cozy bar was a nice place to unwind. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We had a little confusion about the Rise and Shine package, so be sure to ask for the menu and instructions when you check in. Once we got it sorted out, the room service breakfast was delicious and impressed us. There was road work outside the main lobby while we were there, and our room faced it, but we couldn't hear anything indoors. They're replacing the road with pavers, which should look beautiful when it's done. I loved the hotel, even though my visit was only three nights, and hope to return soon. Thanks for a memorable stay!

We checked in on New Year's Eve and were welcomed so warmly by a host whose name I think was Noah, definitely started with an N. He was wonderful, and I'd come back just to be greeted that kindly again. Our room was spacious and beautiful, and the hotel is lovely, right in Old Town. The rooftop restaurant, lvl5, is amazing. Thanks, Chaco. We'll be back.

We brought the kids, who loved the stay, and walked to Explora! and some fun Old Town shops, including the toy store and Puzzled. Parking was easy and felt secure. The service was seamless, and the hotel felt luxurious enough that I could have imagined being at a Four Seasons. My one style gripe was the standard shower-tub, which didn't suit the hotel's chic look; I'd love soaking tubs and toilet doors. We were impressed and will return, and I hope to try the spa next time.

We live just a few blocks away and have been coming to the top-floor restaurant every year for our birthdays. We also bring visitors for the view, which is nearly 360 degrees over the city, mountains, and trees. When the hotel first opened, one of the managers showed us around and explained the woods and other beautiful materials and where they came from. It was fascinating, and the staff were kind and professional. Inside, the art, pottery, statues, and paintings are lovely, and every space, from rooms and hallways to shops and sitting areas, feels carefully appointed. You can see how much heart went into making this a wonderful representation of New Mexico. Walking through the tall doors into reception feels like entering a Native American holy place, and it takes your breath away. It's a stunning hotel, though you have to be able to afford it.
