For the quality, the price was very reasonable, and I had no issues during my stay and would return. It’s an older hotel, but the rooms and main areas have been remodeled. The spacious rooms have a modern, minimalistic style, with a separate sitting area divided by a door, and everything was clean. Breakfast choices were limited but tasty, and the staff were polite and accommodating. It was quiet, too. The pet fee is higher than usual at $50, though the room value made up for it. There were several grassy spots for dogs to use. The location felt a little sketchy. I saw a homeless person on the property, but the front desk staff assured me there hadn’t been any problems.

The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were like clouds, and the staff were friendly. Those were the only good things about this hotel. I travel for work often and usually choose Hilton, so we expected the Hilton name to mean our usual basic standards. It didn’t. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff were helpful, and the front desk and entryway were clean and welcoming. But the third-floor building and hallway looked dated. We checked in around 10:30pm, and the entry-room TV didn’t work. The room was dark, with individual lights switched off, so we had to hunt for the wall switches. The lights didn’t come on, either, and we had to turn on the floor lamps one by one before the wall switches controlled them. The shower rod was broken: its curved middle sagged, so the curtain kept opening at both ends while we showered. I asked the desk about the two free water bottles I usually get at other Hilton stays. The staff member said I didn’t qualify, but politely gave me two anyway. Breakfast was a disappointment the next morning. Online pictures showed eggs, omelettes, sausage, and more, but all we saw were granola, cereal, bread, and bagels. Those were very limited choices for a Saturday morning.

I came with a band trip, and this stay was traumatizing. The room initially seemed neat, smelled clean, and even had my name on the TV. Then, around 10:00 pm, we started showering. My friend came out and said black bugs had come from the faucet when she turned on the water. After we showered and started brushing our teeth, another bug was crawling around her feet while she brushed her hair. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! We also heard banging from the floor right above us. The TV had an inappropriate ad about sex, which seems especially out of place in hotels where kids stay. The free WiFi took forever to work, and there weren’t enough pillows, blankets, or sheets for the pull-out bed. I wouldn’t stay here again. This place needs more staff.

The rooms are roomy, with a separate living or study area, and the beds are really comfortable. There are tubs as well as showers, and breakfast is great.
