The room and hotel were spotless, the beds were so soft, and we slept wonderfully for a couple of nights. The stand-up shower had plenty of hot water, and the AC kept the room lovely and cold. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes, and the man running it kept everything stocked and checked that guests were happy. Kathy and Mary at the front desk were top notch. They were kind at check-in and checked on us during the stay. We'll make this our regular place when we visit Jacksonville.

We stopped for one night on the drive from New Jersey to Key West. The location just off I-95 was convenient, and we liked that dogs are welcome. Our first room, 211, had such a strong pet smell that it was uncomfortable and badly needed a refresh. Mary at the desk quickly moved us to another room, which was much better. Breakfast came with the stay, though it was pretty average. The bed and pillows were only okay too. It did the job for a quick overnight, and the staff were helpful and responsive.

We had a couple of rooms as a family and requested an accessible one. That room had a proper roll-in shower, and even the other room had a door, which is helpful since many hotels don't. The pool also has a lift, though we didn't use it. We enjoyed watching fresh pancakes being made at breakfast.

Everything felt brand new, from the outside of the hotel to the rooms and bathrooms. The staff are very nice, and you get a lot for the price. We're repeat guests because we know it's so clean and new.

The staff were really friendly, and it felt like a lot of thought went into the amenities and what they offer. Breakfast was okay, with a great pancake maker, and having coffee in the lobby all the time was nice. I appreciate the effort to be economical, though the shampoo and toiletry containers could be easier to use.
