Days Inn Jacksonville NC

After a horrible experience at another local hotel, the staff here helped me more than I expected. The room was very clean, and I was finally able to rest peacefully. I'd recommend days inn to anyone. Thanks for all the help, God bless.

The location is good, near lots of restaurants and stores, but the staff handled my late checkout badly. The night shift said I could stay until 3, so I paid the extra fee. While I was at job training, the person claiming to be the manager sent housekeeping to tell my wife we had to leave immediately, sometime around 12 or 1. I had to leave training, pack up with my wife, kids and dogs, and find another hotel. I'm thankful Baymont hotel let me check in early. Another employee said the extra fee could be refunded, but the manager at days Inn wouldn't refund it. They also never returned my deposit. I wouldn't have paid to stay late if I'd known we'd have to leave before 2. That's no way to handle business.

The room was very clean for a motel, and I enjoyed my stay. You do hear a lot through the door, though, including people yelling outside and loud cars on the nearby main road. That's about what you'd expect there. It's not too bad, and I'd stay again if I needed a cheap place to crash.

Candi and Ray made my son's stay comfortable and top notch, and we really appreciate them. The hotel is clean, nice and very accommodating. The staff is amazing, and I can't say enough good things. Thank y'all so much, God Bless 🤗
