The front desk guy was rude and left us standing there for more than 25 minutes without even acknowledging us or asking us to wait. Then he charged $30 more than the rate advertised online. It felt like he lied just to get us through the door. The place was filthy, with no sanitary conditions, and honestly disgusting. This should be a zero-star review. The health department should get involved. Don’t give them your money.

My honey and I are staying here now, and we got a really good room. The people running the place have been very nice, and the cable selection is great too. I really don’t get all the bad reviews. Don’t believe everything you read.

The rooms cost too much for what you get, and the service is bad. The internet is awful, and they won’t fix it or most of the other appliances. The maids don’t even have a mop, Windex, or cleaner. Kind of gross.

Rain started coming through the room during a heavy thunderstorm, running down the walls and onto the bed. I had to unplug the TV, and nearly slipped in the puddles. It was a deathtrap. When I called the front desk, the guy said he’d make a note of it. No offer to move us, send someone with a mop, or bring buckets to catch the water. Worst stay ever. I’d have been better off in a tent.
