Being able to walk to the airport made this really convenient. The room was lovely, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I appreciated the 1 pm checkout since I could get some work done before my flight. Breakfast had a good range of choices, including an omelette, and the service was good. He kept my tea hot and had my favorite, Bigelow.

The morning shuttle driver was so helpful. He took me and my heavy bags to my car, then drove me to the terminal after I returned the rental. Check-in had also gone smoothly: my chosen room wasn't ready, but the young man at the desk found me another just a few doors away and gave me clear directions for getting into the parking lot. The service was beyond excellent, and I look forward to staying here again when I'm in the area.

We ate at the restaurant four times, and Bianca was our waitress each time. She was awesome, with a great personality and excellent service, and the food was great too. The staff were friendly and had that Southern Charm. Our room was spacious and nice, and the hotel is an easy short walk from the airport.

There’s a covered walkway straight to the Knoxville airport, which makes this location excellent. I also liked the on-site restaurant and bar, the free large parking lot, and the monitor showing flight information. The bar can get a little noisy, so a higher floor might be better. Love this hotel and would stay again.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The rooms are dated and smell like jet exhaust, and the halls had room service items left out. Front desk service felt chippy, with no smiles. There’s only one set of elevators, which seems like it could be a fire hazard or a code violation waiting to happen.
