The rooms were clean and simple, and the price was great. I didn't expect a fridge or microwave, so their absence was fine, and housekeeping left me alone before checkout. Some of the complaints about planes overhead seem misplaced for an airport hotel, and it is a cheap budget stay. Still, checkout at 10 AM feels odd and unfriendly when most nearby hotels allow 11. There was no security chain on the door either. Those cost only $6-8 each and would help guests feel safer. The hotel also uses three or more names, which is confusing and makes it look like they might be trying to deceive people or find a loophole. They should pick one name. I'd probably return if they moved checkout to 11 and added chain locks.

Carla was the highlight, driving us to the airport at 3:30 AM. The room was meant to be non-smoking, but had clearly been smoked in, and it wasn't very clean. The bed felt like a box spring with sheets, the furniture looked thrift-store, and there was a huge crack several feet long in the ceiling. We also didn't get enough towels for two people, and the strip lights were painfully bright with no dimmer. The saving graces were the airport location and Carla.

I know you get what you pay for, but this was unacceptable. The room wasn't clean and still had trash in the fridge, though the bigger problem was that none of the outlets worked and roaches were coming out from behind the mirror and sink. I spoke calmly to the attendant about it. His only offer was to clean the room again, but I already felt uncomfortable. Nobody should have to accept this, and now they're refusing to refund me.

The planes flew over all night, and we were worried about bringing our bags inside in case of bed bugs. The air conditioner didn't work, the beds were uncomfortable, and the shower water swung between scalding and freezing with no way to control the temperature. There were two chairs, both torn and stained. The room had a microwave and a fridge, but the fridge didn't work. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't do it, it's awful.
