I saw a small German roach crawling across the bathroom floor while I was using it. At checkout, I asked for my $50 deposit back, but the front office said they had no record of me paying it. The room charge showed $49 in tax, which makes me wonder if that was actually the deposit being charged as tax. I don’t see how the tax could be that high.

Both rooms I was moved to had bed bugs. I left and slept in my car, and now I can’t get hold of a manager. I want a refund.

Weed was so strong around the property that I could smell it as soon as I got out of the car, especially in the stairwells. If you’re fine with getting a contact high, this might be the place for you.

The bathroom was tiny, and there wasn’t any soap or shampoo. The room smelled like someone had just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. The AC barely worked, and there wasn’t coffee in the room.

My husband got sick during his fishing tournament at Lake Martin, so we had to leave a day early. In the rush, I left behind a blanket my daughter made me for Mother’s Day. It means a lot to me, and I couldn’t go back for it because my husband was hospitalized after we got home and can’t travel. I called and offered to pay to have the blanket mailed, but after several calls, it’s now December 16 and I still don’t have it. I’m pissed. This is not good business.
