This was one of our worst experiences. When we arrived in August, the window in our apartment was broken, and we had to spend one night there before they moved us. The next day, with us needing to work from home, there was no internet. Customer service was awful: they ignored repeated calls or told us to restart the modem, even though the browser message said the bill had never been paid. We were ignored, and the company seems very shady. There's no online information about who's behind it or what number to call.
