The comfortable bed, better than expected noise levels, and decent breakfast, especially the surprisingly good sausage links, were bright spots. The hotel was clean and generally felt safe, but it had a strong odor and felt humid the whole time. Wi-Fi was practically unusable and wouldn't reliably load basic emails. Parking was a constant problem, so I ended up behind the building. Staff didn't seem welcoming or acknowledge my Hilton Diamond status, and no upgrade was offered or discussed. It may be a recent Hilton build, but it felt dated and mismatched, and the price didn't match the service or amenities. It might suit police academy staff nearby, but as a Hilton Diamond member I left disappointed. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it.

After a tiring day riding motorcycles, we booked at the last minute and were relieved by how accommodating everyone was. They quickly got us into a room and let us park under the covered entrance. The room was spacious and comfortable, with inviting beds. Staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast came hot with lots of choices.

The room was clean, the staff I met were friendly, and breakfast was good, with different hot items from day to day. Housekeeping is supposed to clean during a stay every other day, but all I got was a bag of towels outside my door. I didn't have my dog in the room, and the night before I asked the front desk to tell housekeeping I'd be out after 11:30 am so they could do what they needed to. Also, take care with elevator 2 near the front desk. It lined up with the first floor, but missed the other floors by about 2-3 inches.

Everything seemed fine until roaches showed up in my room. I reported it discreetly right away, and after my second complaint they moved me. Two days later, I found another one. The manager never replied to my concerns or apologized. After two weeks there, I washed all my clothes and moved to another hotel. I took photos and videos each time I saw one.

I've stayed at this location many times and it's always clean, with nice rooms and friendly front desk service. There's a pool and small gym, and the continental breakfast is good. The breakfast attendant keeps bringing hot food from the kitchen and is always cleaning the area. The motel is just off the northbound side of Interstate 75. I'd recommend it.
