The restaurant was decent and the food was good, though a little pricey, as you’d expect at a hotel. The staff there were super friendly. Downstairs, a board showed airline departures so you could check whether your flight was on time, cancelled, or delayed. They also had a decent range of TV channels. The airport was easy to reach, and the hotel had a 24-hour shuttle. The staff overall were friendly and professional. I stayed in room 412, which was a good size and overlooked the lake. It seemed to be undergoing renovations but was still nice. I appreciated the small touches, like the in-room fridge, large shower stall with overhead and removable shower heads, non-slip mat, and earplugs by the bed. I’d recommend the hotel.

It’s fine, I guess. Don’t get lured by the one-bedroom suite upgrade, because it isn’t really a one-bedroom and hasn’t been remodeled like the regular rooms. They leave earplugs, and you’re going to need them. Also, please teach the chef to season the food.

The Lakeside Grill was handy, and its prices seemed fair compared with places that weren't nearly as nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, too. My room had a king bed, couch, desk and sitting area, plus a window that opened onto trees and a little lake. It was quiet and super clean. Best airport hotel I've stayed at.

We stayed in early October 2025, my daughter and I, and would come back. Even with renovations underway, our room looked modern and clean, with comfortable beds and a view of a small pond. Watching ducks swim and a heron walk along the shore was soothing. Kevin, the General Manager, was welcoming and came up with a clever way to help when our campervan had a problem. The front desk staff were professional, and fresh cookies at check-in were a nice touch. The airport is very convenient, and there’s a large paid parking lot.

We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed it. The shuttle was on time and quick, and the newly renovated room was just what we needed before an early flight. The Radisson PDX was clean and comfortable. We’ll stay again.
