The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and the water pressure was great. The room looked recently renovated overall, except for the toilet seat, which was old and very worn. It was a good last-minute choice. We were two adults and an infant, but when we asked for extra towels, they only replaced the two used full-sized ones. I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying here without a man. The other guests were men from construction crews, and even with a well-lit parking lot, I wouldn’t have felt at ease coming and going alone at night.

The staff member I spoke to was nice, but the website doesn’t say the pet fee is charged per animal, per night. My room also had a roach problem. I cleaned them out of the refrigerator, but they kept coming from cracks and from the wall outlet where the blow dryer was plugged in. There weren’t many other places available, so I bought cleaning products hoping that would stop them. It didn’t help. At checkout, I told staff the room needed pest control. The response was that they’d tell the owner, but I’d never know if anything was done. I’ve stayed in hotels rated from two to five stars, and a roach infestation isn’t normal or hygienic.
