Diego made the stay feel special. He was friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about making sure guests were looked after. His professionalism and kindness really stayed with me. The facilities were beautiful, the room was comfortable, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience exceeded what I expected.

I use this as my regular hotel when I work in Alexandria. The front desk is always cheerful and ready to help, and the rooms are clean and spacious, with a small kitchen for cooking. Great hotel.

The room itself was clean and nice, and the staff were super friendly. That’s what kept me from driving off. Outside, though, I felt uneasy: a woman was drinking in front of the hotel and there were random people on the corners. The glassed-in check-in windows also looked shady to me. I hope my car is safe out there, and I’d think twice before staying again.

The room was clean, and its little kitchenette had enough for making a few meals: a fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave. Still, the staff are what made this place feel like home. Everyone I dealt with was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I’d moved to the area and needed somewhere to stay while I looked for a home, without knowing how long it would take. The team was very accommodating, extending my stay several times at their best rate. When I forgot to make sure my parking pass was displayed, someone even went out and put it on my windshield so I wouldn’t get towed. It’s a basic, budget hotel, but the people are amazing.

Diego was attentive and really helpful, and the rooms were very clean. The location worked wonderfully for us. My husband was so happy with the place that we’re going back next month. I love it!
