Ontario Airport Inn

I travel to this region for work a lot and keep choosing this hotel. As a woman traveling alone, I feel safe here and don't feel like a customer who's being taken advantage of. It's welcoming, clean, and comfortable, with what you need, though it isn't fancy. The beds are comfy, the landscaping is lovely, and they give you cookies at check-in. Breakfast is decent, and the eggs taste like real eggs, not the egg product most places serve. For this price, it's the best deal I've found. It also feels less dirty and factory-made than most hotels in this range.

03-07-26. We've traveled a lot and have been staying here for OVER 20 years. It isn't a resort, but it's comfortable, clean, well maintained, and has the conveniences you need while traveling. Every time we've stayed, the owners have done something extra to make the visit more complete. The staff are courteous, efficient, and generally helpful. They let you leave your car for an extended stay at no extra charge. Once we left ours for over 30 days, and when we got home the battery had drained and it wouldn't start. Their security came over, connected our car to theirs, and got us going again in no time. My wife and I highly recommend staying here. Less than $125 for one night, including parking and breakfast, is an all American bargain. They also take you to ONT and pick you up when you return. Try it, you'll like it. cf

The room was a nice size, though I wasn't as happy with the bathroom size. I enjoyed the shower jets, but there were handles inside the shower and none outside the tub, so I worried I might fall. There's an outdoor pool, a safe that's small but big enough for a purse, wallet, tablet, or phone, and lots of toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, shoe cleaner, and makeup remover. Breakfast is a great hot buffet until 9 am, with eggs, sausage, boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, muffins, waffles, and toast. Trust the people in the reviews who say it's WELL WORTH THE MONEY!

The lobby coffee was available around the clock, which helped make up for my coffee maker not working properly. I also wish the shower head had been better. Still, the room and grounds were very clean, the memory foam bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful with staff constantly cleaning and refilling things. Security was regularly walking the property, and it was quiet, with several restaurants nearby, from burgers and Mexican food to Denny's, Indian, and Asian options. I stayed five nights alone and never felt unsafe. The style is pretty dated, and it isn't fancy, but it was clean, safe, convenient, and comfortable. I saw some bad reviews and couldn't disagree more. I'd stay again, especially for the price.
