Housekeeping were incredibly patient when I was delayed leaving at my 2:00 checkout. They were kind and understanding, though I felt bad knowing they were waiting. Aaliyah at the front desk was a doll, so sweet, pleasant, and helpful when I needed supplies. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back if I'm in the area.

The location was quiet, with plenty of parking out front. My room was clean, and the staff took good care of me. I had to extend my stay past checkout, and they managed to keep me in the same room, which was exceptionally helpful. Everyone was friendly, and I'm glad I chose this place.

I planned to stay two days, but cut the visit short after one. The place felt unclean and a bit run down, and I regret staying. There were dead flies on the windowsills behind the curtains, every window in the room, so it seemed housekeeping wasn't cleaning there. The staff weren't hospitable, especially the older man at the front desk, who scowled and gave me dirty looks instead of greeting me or even saying hello. I requested a digital key, and the woman at the front desk sent one, but it never worked during my stay. I should have skipped the stay altogether, though then I would've been on the hook for a late cancellation.

The breakfast room was tiny, with only a few items, and they wouldn't give us even a 30-minute late checkout. They said the booking was through a third party, despite most of the hotel being empty. Then we found a large blood spot under the bedsheet when we arrived. It was disgusting, and the front desk did nothing about it, not even apologize. A really awful stay, with unfriendly staff.
