Ramada by Wyndham Ontario

When we came back in the evening, the room still hadn't been cleaned and nothing had been fixed. The front desk gave us sheets and towels, so we had to make the bed ourselves that night. They still haven't got back to us, and we kept getting the runaround. We booked a king room for January 22-25, 2026, with daily cleaning. At 3 a.m. on the first night, water was leaking through the ceiling. I called the front desk, and they said they'd handle it in the morning. We had to pack up, and since we had plans and wouldn't be back until late, they moved us to a two-bed room that wasn't clean. Its showerhead leaked and sprayed water all over the bathroom. They said they'd fix it the next morning and assured us they'd clean the room too. When we returned that evening, nothing had changed.

The coffee tasted like water, and the rooms smelled bad. The elevator was filthy, and housekeeping didn't come until after three days. The place didn't look like the pictures on the website, so they should post real ones. Everything about the stay was bad, and it ruined my whole vacation. I can't recommend it to anyone.

That waffle maker at breakfast was awesome, and my wife and I both loved staying at the Ramada. We'll definitely be back soon, next time we need a room in the area.

I should've spent the extra $20 to stay somewhere else. The pool and jacuzzi were filthy, and the jacuzzi was cold. In the middle of the night, the bathroom door locked in a way you couldn't open normally because of some weird lock. The drawers were all broken, too. At breakfast, they gave me mean looks the whole time even though there was hardly anything to eat. They told me I couldn't take anything to my room, when I didn't even have anything. It's just an unpleasant place. It's sad when the people running a business seem cheap and grouchy instead of keeping it nice for guests.
