La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ontario Airport

The people at the front desk were super friendly and helped me move rooms, and the rate was cheap. They said the first room probably had a window left open, which made sense, though I hadn't opened it. It was an ideal location for things in the area. The first room had a lot of flying bugs, probably gnats, and looked clean at first but had dust and cobwebs. The fiberglass shower had badly peeling paint, and the bathroom doors had no locks or vents. The second room had fewer bugs, but there were still some. I'd stay again for the price, but with lower expectations. For more than one night, I'd probably choose somewhere else.

The location is convenient, and the price isn't bad for what's there. If you just need somewhere to sleep without extras and aren't a germaphobe, it does the job. The staff were generally kind, but the rooms weren't really clean, and a lot was missed even after I sanitized. Getting towels took a long time, and the internet was atrocious. The worst part was a dog across the hall barking continuously in the evening. I called the desk, but they didn't treat it as a priority. The poor dog sounded distressed.

The shuttle was a big help, picking me up at the airport and taking me the next day to get my rental car. Check-in was easy both when I arrived in Ontario, CA and when I left. The staff were great, and I got a restful night. Breakfast looked like it had everything, though I only had a cup of hot green tea on both mornings. I'll definitely use this hotel again when I come from GA to visit family. Thanks so much!

As always, it was a great stay. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, and Q at the front desk made sure we were comfortable and happy with the room. While I was getting ready to check out, I had a mishap and broke something. I asked housekeeping for a broom, but she said it wasn't a problem and that she'd be cleaning the room anyway.
