I stayed here for an extended time, and the hotel was great, but Amber is the reason I'll come back and recommend it to friends. As Assistant Manager, she treated me and my pets like VIPs, listened, cared, and followed through every time. She was warm, professional, confident, and handled everything with speed, grace, and real skill. Amber somehow made every interaction feel like a hospitality master class. If management reads this, protect her, promote her, clone her, give her a raise, whatever it takes. She deserves her own Hall of Fame wing, statue, and maybe a little gift shop. Thanks for turning a good stay into an unforgettable one.

The pool was a relaxing bonus, clean and well kept, and the location near Ontario Airport made travel convenient. We also had nearby options for eating and shopping. What stood out most was how calm and easy the stay felt. The hotel was quiet and well maintained, the room was clean, spacious, practical for a longer visit, and had what we needed. The staff were courteous, professional, and helpful, and check-in was quick. They answered our questions clearly without making anything complicated. From arrival through checkout, everything went smoothly and we never felt inconvenienced or rushed. It was exactly the comfortable, stress-free visit we wanted. We'd stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, relaxing place.

Isaiah at the front desk kept a positive attitude through a long, 1 1/2 hr ordeal and got me taken care of. He was professional, communicated clearly, and handled the situation efficiently. My prepaid Booking.com reservation wasn't in the property's system, so Isaiah contacted Booking.com several times to sort it out. They repeatedly failed on their end, and I ultimately had to book again through a different app. Extended Stay America has a real gem in Isaiah. He's an ideal representative for any business.
