The beds were comfortable, the views were nice, and the staff were friendly. It felt safe, and the price was reasonable. I was disappointed about breakfast, though. When I called ahead to ask about rates and availability, I also asked whether it was included. The person on the phone said yes, and that was one reason we chose this place. Once we arrived, we found out it wasn’t.

The whole property could have been cleaner. The hot tub was really gross, our room and balcony weren’t very clean, and even the hallway windows looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and they let us check in early. It was nice having a restaurant and bar, though they closed at 9 p.m. The rooms seemed newer but were pretty standard. I chose the most expensive hotel in the area because I wasn’t expecting much from Ontario OR and hoped to get somewhere cleaner and safer. At over $200 a night, I have a hard time seeing the value.

I was impressed by how cheerful and accommodating the staff were. The room was clean, and the hotel had useful services like a gym. It’s easy to reach the highway, shops, and restaurants from here. I plan to use this hotel whenever we stay in Ontario Oregon.

After nine hours of driving, the hot tub felt like a blessing. The room was beautiful and clean, and the hotel restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast all day. The pancakes are amazing.
