Hampton Inn & Suites Ontario

We come here when we have early flights from Ontario Int, and the rooms have always been clean. This time they had been remodeled, though they weren't stocked quite as usual. The overnight desk clerk deserves a special mention. Karlo was incredibly helpful and accommodating, a great ambassador for the hotel.

The beds were comfy, the place was super clean, and the location is prime. Food is everywhere, and shopping for groceries is right across the street, so no need to worry about traffic or finding something in the evening. It was under construction while I was there, but they're trying to upgrade the hotel. The construction crew were always courteous and sweet, and the hotel staff were amazing to work with while dealing with the work too. It can get frustrating, but they're doing the best they can with what they've got right now.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for a family member's memorial service, and it was a peaceful, quiet place. There's a fitness room and swimming pool, plus a local mall with outlet stores within walking distance. Several places to eat are close by too. My brother and I checked the map and saw a few nearby entertainment spots, including indoor go-kart racing and an indoor skydiving place with wind tubes. Definitely a great place with lots of amenities.

Anthony and Keani are absolutely splendid! There's some remodeling going on, but the hotel is nice. In my opinion, you can almost always trust the Hampton brand. The room was clean and comfortable.
