We stayed in room 131 on Sunday night, mainly because it’s right off the freeway and close to Kaiser for an early morning surgery. We wanted to soak in the Jacuzzi before bed, but the drain stopper didn’t hold the water in. Filling the big tub with hot water was a joke, too. It seemed like they had a small water heater for it, so we gave up and took a shower instead. The shower door wouldn’t close, leaving water all over the floor. The bottom of the door looked like it needed a serious bleach scrub, and behind the mop board tile looked like black mold. The bed was too soft for our liking, though the rest of the room seemed clean. We paid $110 for a Jacuzzi we couldn’t use. It was a real disappointment, and I’ll never go back.

The hotel and manager were very accommodating while my dad stayed for treatments three times a week for five weeks. The place was quiet and clean, in a safe area close to Kaiser Permanente, lots of restaurants, and Ontario Police Dept. I highly recommend it.

This hotel was filthy and extremely unhygienic, to the point that it was unbearable. The online photos were misleading, and they put me in a room facing the street where car horns blared all night. It was terrifying. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Everything looks great, but the bed sheets need a stricter cleaning check because there was hair on them. The floor should be mopped too. Aside from those issues, everything is great.

I just like this place. It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s peaceful. Making a last minute arrangement was no problem. It’s my getaway place. Thank you, Hotel Hacienda.
